Wonderful hotel with lovely view of the sea, great restaurant. Very kind staff during our stay. Ideal and quiet venue room with a lovely bed and private bathroom. Excellent service, DELICIOUS and varied breakfast. Fab experience there.

Nice big room with balcony with a great ocean view. There are nice swiming pools and its only a short walk to a romantic little beach. I would recommend this place!

All other guest were mainly german families

Rooms had a bad smell and insects everywhere.

Hi there,when we arrived at the hotel we were told by clerk at reception that no payment was received from 'Booked.net'. They would not check us in until we paid for the room. Now we are confused and don't know whether we have been charged twice (firstly by 'Booked.net' and secondly by the hotel.) Could you please clarify for me why this occured and whether it can be resolved without inconvenience. Thank you...Brendan Coughlan

The hotel is a perfect place for German-speaking families with children. There is a good animation programme for children in German. The hotel has a big territory with a lot of facilities. The food is good and the room is big with a fantastic ocean view. The staff speaks German, English and French.

We made a special request for one double bed in the room as far as we were on the honeymoon. But it was neglected and we had two separate single beds. In addition a housekeeping got into the room when there was a "Do not disturb" sign on the door. The room needs some renovation, especially the bathroom. This is not the place for those who want to explore the nigh life as far as it is not the walking distance to the main bars and clubs. There is no safe box in the room. This is a fee-paid service and all the safe boxes are in the lobby area. It means that you don't have some privacy using your safe box and it might be 5- 10-minutes walk up and down the hill to get to the lobby.

It is fantastic venue in an ideal location on the outskirts of St Antoni, the services it offers are terrific. The hotel's staff are particularly helpful.

The bathrooms are quite small.

The staff is excellent here, the services are great, and location is excellent near to the island Ibiza and the taxi heading back across the island to visit. Freshly cooked dishes can be found in the a la carte restaurant.

The varied food choices indulged even our picky eaters, especially the succulent seafood. We loved exploring the nearby beautiful beaches. Just a heads-up, bring sturdy shoes for the uphill walk to your room!

A bold move that proved rewarding!

With an amazing variety of food options and lovely spacious rooms, my family enjoyed our stay . The beautifully landscaped gardens and numerous pools offered fun for everyone. Plus, the warm service. Just be prepared for long walks uphill to the rooms! We'd definitely return!

We had an amazing family vacation! The kids enjoyed a variety of activities organized by the animation team and loved the creative kids club sessions. Our room was beautiful with a lovely view, and the buffet meals offered plenty of delicious options every day.

In my kids' opinion, having more eco-friendly options would have been great.
